What I do for PERFECT, Brilliant WHITE TEETH! 1.) I use NiteWhite 6% Hydrogen Peroxide two times a week (over night) every other week. 2.) Next, I use a 20 or 30% Carbamide Peroxide solution (in the same plastic, molded tray) for spot whitening/quick whitening. This video features my own opinions. Thank you so much for this video. Based on your description, this routine should be perfect for me. I cannot find 20 or 30% Carbamide Peroxide from a reputable brand. I do see there is a 38% from DayWhite. Do you think this is too high?

It’s true. You would never think so but people really pay attention to teeth. I’ve never whitened my teeth i just use baking soda once a week along with my tooth paste and that seems to work well enough for me (along with flossing everyday and mouthwash of course -_-). People probably compliment my teeth about once a week! and about every time i wear lipstick (blue based[Ruby Woo]).
The point is people notice, therefore I want to upkeep them. and like the comment below I want to BLIND peeps.

Im just ordering the NiteWhite on Ebay and my question is whether you can mix the NiteWhite and Carbamide peroxide gels together or do you use them separately as explained in the info? I hear you mention “mix” a couple of times so I thought it’s better to ask. Thanks!
